The Frosinone Hills, about 45 minutes (or 30...depending on how fast you drive!) southeast of Rome. This is the "Hamptons" of Rome...the place Popes have used as a getaway for a very long time...an escape from the hustle and bustle, from political drama, etc etc...you can only imagine.

Corte dei Papi is near the town of Anagni which hosts a venerable cathedral with a crypt that lives beneath it. The crypt is adorned with artwork that has been preserved for many years. Some of that art is replicated on the bottle of Corte de Papi's Cesanese.
