When Alexandre and his wife took over the vineyard in 1997, they were shown the way to make the most authentic Corbieres by the people who had been working the land before them.  They make this traditional style in tribute to the keepers of the land.

Whole cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tank.  Aged in neutral barrel for about one year.
