Partly from a one-hectare plot of dark sand soil in Corbin and partly from a plot in Forbin. All part of the 9 hectares owned by Meunier in the Saint Emilion Grand Cru.
Mademoiselle Meunier is perfectly obsessed with her vineyards, her wines, and her cave. She is the fourth generation of her family to take over the reigns of the estate and she keeps their story alive. The estate was purchased by her great-grandfather around 1860. By 1912 her predecessors were winning gold medals at the Concours Agricole in Paris.

Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with a “pied de cuve” of native yeasts and aged 12-18 months in barriques (25-30% of which are new).
