HOW

Grapes were harvested by hand in small crates, then destemmed, crushed and pressed. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 14°C, in stainless steel, then the wine was refined in steel tanks for about 6 months. The wine was left to rest in the bottle for another month before release.
